He previously spent eight years as the owner of Titleworks, Inc., and six years as an investment executive with Paine Webber, where he managed a variety of alternative investment funds. He began his career as a mutual fund accountant with the Bank of New York.

Regarding his lifestyle, Carmine Fusco exercises between four and five days each week and enjoys hitting the open water to ride WaveRunners.
